OBTAINING YOUR MASSACHUSETTS DRIVING RECORD
Obtaining your Massachusetts Driving Record is the first step in getting a hardship license, which is also known as a Cinderella license or work license. Fax your driving record to us at (508) 302-0212 or e-mail it to us for a free review.
You can obtain your Massachusetts Driving Record directly from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles by mail, by telephone or in person. A $15.00 fee per driving record is required. This fee is payable by cash, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. it generally takes at least ten (10) business days for processing. However, If you obtain your driving record in person, it will be processed while you wait.
To obtain your Massachusetts Driving Record by mail, send a written request that includes your name, date of birth, license number, Massachusetts address and the appropriate fee, made payable to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, to:
